Sie dient der Bewahrung der nationalen Identit\u00e4t  und ist auch ein Mittel der Verst\u00e4ndigung durch K\u00f6rpersprache und Musik. Die lokale Jenaer Tanzgruppe bietet die M\u00f6glichkeit die Folklore  unter fachkundiger Leitung von Uwe Kapell  kennenzulernen.
